5. How about your after-sales service?
A: You are entitled to return products for repairing within one week of the delivery date if it’s quality problem. Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with an update.
B: If it's our fault, we will provide free replacement cargo service.
C: If It's due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the cost of repair.
