Q1. Can I place a sample order?
A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable. Please contact us for a stock list.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A2: A sample order requires 3-5 days; mass production time takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the order quantity & styles.
Q3. Could you supply OEM/ODM service?

Q4. How about your after-sales service?
- A. You are entitled to return products for repairing within one week of the delivery date if it’s quality problem. Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with an update.
- B. If it's our fault, we will provide free replacement cargo service.
- C. If It's due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the cost of repair.
- D. If you have sold the products, problems due to the passage of time or wearing caused by abrasion, etc., we will charge you a part of repair costs.
