A: Yes, we can produce accessories according to your requirements, or we can add your brand or logo to the accessories.
3. How long is your average lead time?
A: Stock items: shipping within 2~5 days;Customized items: 5~15 days for sample,10~30 days for mass production.
4. Is quality guarantee?
A: In fact, we’re mainly looking for long term mutual benefit business relations, not one-time business. We do 100% in house quality inspection before shipping. We’ll remake at our own cost for any quality problem.
5. Do you offer custom packaging?

6. Do you have a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirement for any of your products?
A: Yes, most of our jewelry's MOQ is 20PCS. For regular and big customer, we have a favorable discount policy.
7. What's your shipping method?
A: To ensure you receive goods quickly, we will not choose cheaper sea shipping and method without any logistics information. We will choose DHL, TNT, FeDex, UPS, SF_express. Also we can choose other shipping method as customer's request.
